Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this temporary position
Our client is a dynamic technology and service driven company operating in exciting international markets.
The company develops and manufactures oil condition monitoring products and turnkey solutions across a wide variety application and geographic market segments. Our products enable accurate, real time continuous monitoring of oil in gear boxes, engines and hydraulic enabling operators to reduce service costs whilst simultaneously improving equipment reliability.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the expanding sales team , a knowledge of their industry would be a great advantage or could suit a graduate wanting experience in this field
Main responsibilities as below.
- Identify 30 companies within the target markets in Europe and North America - web site and profile them and submit them to Office Manager and CEO by 3pm to review and confirm they are a target.
- Identify two relevant target persons in the companies and source their direct email address
- Send out a pre-formatted email from sales to the sourced leads introducing the company
- Also general administration duties to assist the sales team are required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

- Temporary assignment duration of at least 1 month
- Monday - Friday
- Hours 35 hours 9am - 5pm ( 1 Hour for lunch)
- Hourly rate - £12.50 - £14.83 ( depending on experience)
