Role Overview:
They are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join their small, friendly team. An exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the company's growth by managing a portfolio of client accounts ensuring their needs are met, driving sales through social media/ website and prospecting through our database of leads
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Account Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting.
- Digital Strategy: Help with the implementation of the companies social media marketing and website SEO.
- Order Coordination: Oversee the order process from initial client contact through to delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan your production schedule. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of social media and SEO would be an advantage.
- Someone with tenacity and openness, a goal oriented personality that can self organise their workload.
Location: Sheffield. S3
Hours: Office-based role, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting at £23,500 p/a plus a very generous and simple commission structure of 10% gross profit (on target earnings of £26,500)
