Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy.
Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to support the Quality Assurance department in maintaining and improving quality processes and documentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, internal standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, as well as customers and suppliers, as a first point of contact for the quality assurance team.
Maintain and update documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality policies.
Coordinate document control processes, ensuring timely revision, approval and distribution.
Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
Record, track and monitor non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions.
Support quality data reporting and generate regular performance metrics and dashboards.
Assist in the development and delivery of quality training to staff.
Support all members of the quality department with administrative activities.
Use SAP to support quality activities.
Ensure maintained compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is desirable but not essential.
Experience & Knowledge required:
Previous experience in a quality, compliance or document control role.
Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role.
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Any Auditor Training would be advantageous but not essential.
Engineering qualifications are also advantageous but not essential.
Essential Experience required:
Proficient in using computer software for documentation and record-keeping.
SAP.
Excel.
Word.
Access, for logging only.
