Role: Administration Support /Payroll
Location: Rotherham, S60 , South Yorkshire
Overview of the role:
Our client is a Glass Technology company who work with oil drilling, construction and tunnelling industries
They are seeking a talented Office/ Payroll Administrator to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a great team alongside supporting and contributing to all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll onto a sage system
- Providing full service support from answering enquires via email and telephone, managing invoicing and ensuring the upkeep of company records is accurate.
- Answering the phone and screening calls
- Providing essential administrative support where necessary to all areas of the business.
- Data entry onto sage
- Supporting the Finance department with their administrative tasks
- Office-related responsibilities including welcoming visitors, managing deliveries, post and assisting with office-related tasks.
- Attending meeting and taking minutes
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, in an office environment.
- Payroll experience using SAGE
- Strong attention to detail, well organised and desire for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Someone who can work independently and collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Able to solve problems and use their own initiative.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £14.00 - £16.00 ph
- 20 Hours a week - Flexible on days and can be more hours/ also possibilities to work from home
- 24 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
