Brief Job Description
Our client operates a clinical waste station which takes in clinical waste and offering a one stop washroom service. This is a family run business based in the Killamarsh area of Sheffield. Their ethos is believing that going the extra mile gets noticed and they pride themselves on understanding that great morals create a good working environment. They are looking for an Office/Sales Administrator to based on site to support the business with admin duties and new business sales.
Role duties
- Answering calls and emails
- Making new business cold calls
- Data input into QuickBooks and Microsoft programmes
Key requirements
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferable)
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have great telephone manner
- Well organised and ability to keep diaries
- Self starter and motivation
- Knowledge of Post Code areas and use of Google Maps
