£41,000 – £43,000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus
Monday–Friday | Rotating 2 Shifts (No Weekends) Monday to Friday on working on rotating 2 shift pattern Monday to Friday - 6am-1.30pm and 12-7.30pm.

The Role
Working as part of a skilled maintenance team on a large industrial site, your responsibilities will include:
- Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery
- Installation and commissioning of new plant
- Electrical upgrades and continuous improvement work
- Shutdown planning and maintenance execution
- Inspection, testing and compliance work
- Working within permit-to-work and safe systems
This is a varied, hands-on role in a heavy manufacturing environment — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex electrical faults and working on large plant equipment.
Skills required
- Apprentice-trained Maintenance Electrician (electrical bias)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in heavy industrial / manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding skills
- PLC fault diagnosis experience
- Experience with both PPM and breakdown maintenance
