Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position

Our client is an OEM distributor within the hydraulics industry

Internal Technical Sales Administrator 

Summary

1.           Administration of Orders and Schedules, Preparation of Quotations

2.           Offering Solutions to Customers issues, this may include an alternative part, quoting with a proactive mindset to offer a wider range of products to maximise sales

3.           Liaise with other departments (Purchasing, Production, External Team) to determine the best possible offer we can make to the customer.

4.           Build Relationships with customers

5.           Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy

Skills Required:

1.           Proven experience in the hydraulics industry

2.           Product knowledge essential

3.           SAP/Microsoft office experience preferred but training can be given

Hours of work

37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)

23 days holidays (incremental rises) + statutory BH
