Customer Support
Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.
Our Client is a successful communications company based in Doncaster, that have been trading for over 45 years and due to continued success and growth an additional position has become available within their well-established Customer Service Team.
Key Duties:
- Order checking, ensuring all details are correct on the CRM system – making amendments and updates where necessary
- Daily checks on deliveries and collections
- Obtaining Customer Feedback
- Dealing with enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to other departments, referring to others as appropriate
- Support other departments with queries and taking ownership to resolve in a timely manner.
- Completing various internal process forms
- Keeping CRM updated for designated Sales Account Manager
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, through inbound and outbound telephone calls and via correspondence
The Candidate:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Have effective communication skills – take personal responsibility for providing outstanding customer service
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to interact confidently at all levels to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
- Confident IT user - Including Microsoft Teams packages and Excel
Full training will be given on internal in house systems along with product knowledge.
The Package:
- Permanent, full-time position – 8.30 – 5 pm Monday to Friday
- Salary NLW + negotiable depending on experience
- 20 days’ holiday + stats rising to 25 days (pro rata)
