Job title: Client Service Coordinator
Reporting to: The Commercial Manager
Our client is creative Signage Company based in the heart of Sheffield, a branding specialist providing innovative and affordable solutions bringing ideas to life. Working within the following sectors, Exterior Signage Designs, Internal Signage, Vehicle Graphics, Window Graphics, Exhibition Graphics, and clothing
Role Purpose:
- To assist with the day-to -day liaisons/ building client relationships
- The coordinator between clients and internal teams
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Administration support to include, project details, quotations, reports, scheduling, and feedback from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for both new and existing clients
- Liaising with different teams within the business and suppliers outside organisations and customers
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, collecting information, and providing updates on projects or services.
- Coordination: Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, including scheduling surveys & meetings, managing deadlines, and facilitating communication.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details for reference and reporting purposes.
- Providing Quotations: Use our internal quote software to provide quotations to clients where necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the client management team, including preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and organising client files.
Experience
- Direct Business to Customer/B2C sales experience as you will be part of the sales team.
- Superb organisational skills, numerically confident and can demonstrate excellent communication ability.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills including via the phone, e mail etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Higher education is preferred.
- Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe etc.
- Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organisation may be strongly desired.
- Experience using Xero Accounting Software is strongly preferred.
- A professional and friendly demeanour
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Full clean driving licence ideally
You will be work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop your understanding of our industry and provide a first class service for our clients and customers. Industry specific training will be provided.
Working hours
Hours : 8.30 am – 4.30pm – 30 mins for lunch
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000
