Reporting to the Brand Leader

Role Purpose:

Management of accounts in EU and Camper dealerships.

Drive growth across the brands and expanding range of products.
-
Work to gain new business relationships, maintain and grow existing relationships and in turn increasing sales turnover and unit quantities across all product lines.

Increase both the retailer/wholesaler and EU dealer network – initially targeting blackspot areas, winning new active and engaged clients.
-
Focus on award winning products within the leisure vehicle sector – including caravan motor movers, mechanical security & lifting products, self-inflating campers, and smart tents.

Responsible for delivering required EU sales targets/unit quantities – increase sales YOY.

Provide retailer/dealer training, regular contact and ongoing support – product, sales, aftersales etc.

Process all orders for EU sales area using 365 Dynamics.

Involvement with lead generation (working with Sales & Relationship support role) – general enquiries, qualifying of leads, serving leads to dealerships, engage potential customers with relevant dealerships.

Lead role for new business growth for all brands in EU – research, identify, conduct, and close new business opportunities.

Effectively manage the opening of new accounts and in-store displays where relevant.

Management and attendance of all EU exhibitions.
Accountabilities:

Has a focus on new business opportunities and how these can be turned into growth for the range of products, creating a sales pipeline.

Responsible for EU annual sales targets based on both turnover, unit quantity and required profitability.
-
Assesses the potential growth map, key competitors in the marketplace and ways of gaining advantage/increasing market share.
-
Highlights priorities each year to achieve required sales targets.
-
Identifies new markets, new clients, and any partnership opportunities.
-
Main point of contact for all EU enquiries.
-
Management of key accounts in EU –negotiating, winning business, and obtaining forward orders for ongoing container size deliveries with existing accounts.
-
Provide on-going retailer/dealer training and POS materials – work with marketing department on in store and exhibition requirements, maintain list of dealer POS materials placed.

Ensure our product range is displayed in the most advantageous manner at retailers/dealerships (including websites) and relevant exhibitions.

Creates strategies to successfully deliver new business opportunities and maintain on-going business relationships.

Generate business leads and open communication (cold call, email, and visit in person prospective clients).
-
Creates sales forecasts and actively works towards or exceeds them.
-
Ensure up to date key account/retailer/dealer agreements are in place – with trading terms, pricing etc.

Plan and monitor monthly sales targets – ensure sufficient growth to cover targets.
-
Build relationships with new and existing key clients, assessing their needs and develop proposals for future growth.

Pitches sales and new product lines to potential and existing clients.
-
Attends events to network and build relationships with industry partners, dealers, and wider leisure vehicle industry contacts.

Reports monthly on activities, strategies, plans and growth achieved.

Exhibition work is likely to involve setup and pack down of stands, towing leisure vehicles to the location and sometimes involve weekends with TOIL in return for weekend work.

Develops a six-monthly update on growth for senior management team colleagues.

Liaises with the in-house product design, sales, and marketing teams to promote and strengthen our position in the marketplace.

Work with the marketing department to plan specific marketing objectives to maximise new business and consumer opportunities with a defined budget.

Explore and trial new routes to market – regular discussions and development plans fed back to the senior management team.

Provide feedback if concerns about retailer/dealer viability are raised.

Multilingual - particularly German ( Desirable)
Working Hours:
Typically, 40 hours per week – frequent travel throughout Europe – including dealer visits, exhibitions etc.
