Responsibilities:
- Identifying, prospecting and developing profitable relationships with new and existing clients.
- Gathering market and customer research data.
- Identifying and developing business opportunities.
- Maintaining and recording client contact information.
- Providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement to business development plans.
- Developing and proposing business development strategies.
- Negotiating sales activities and terms of contracts.
- Coordinating sales activities with other departments.
- Developing marketing materials for promotions.
- Monitoring business development processes and performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within set deadlines and targets.
- Knowledge and expertise of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and ability to perform quantitative analyses.
